Trouble logging in

If you believe that you have already logged in and you find the site asking you to login again, please try one or both of the following sets of instructions.

If you were attempting to access the Intranet ...

1. When you find yourself at the login screen, do not bother to login.
2. Instead, click the "Intranet" link on the right side of the page under "Your Menu".
3. You should then be taken to the Intranet page with no problems.

If the above method did not work or if you are trying to access a page other than the Intranet ...

1. Click on this link: http://www.novahomeloans.com/.  Be sure you browse to this URL exactly.
2. Click "Login" on the right side which will take you to the login page. 
3. No matter whether the right side shows you as logged in or not, enter your username and password and click the "Login!" button below the "password" box.
4. You should be returned to the Nova home page and you should not have any more problems.
